Elevate coaches have started and sold brokerages, been the president of $5 billion real estate brokerages, built high-performing teams, created marketing campaigns that generated as many leads as their agents could handle, and more. The program starts out by assessing the individual goals of the coaching client and are grouped into whether you are an agent, team, or brokerage leader.
Depending on your role, we’ll create a custom track based upon your goals:
Team Leaders:
- Initial team formation and selection of team type
- Rainmaker systems
- Marketing strategies
- Setting compensation plans and recruiting team members
- Creating team brand awareness
Agents:
- Getting past your sales plateau
- Creating a consistent sales funnel
- Moving from a lead gen agent to SOI and referral business
Elevate sessions are 1:1 and completely custom to each coaching client. Calls will be for 30 minutes 4 x per month.
This program will cost $959 / month per coaching client with a 12 month minimum. This includes up to five individuals from your team or brokerage on the calls.
